Do you accept insurance?

I am not in network with any insurances.

I do accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA).

If you have insurance, I can provide you with your medical records to submit for possible reimbursement.

How often do I have to come in?

The length and details of every care plan are as unique as you.

We'll develop a plan that will help you quickly reach your goals.

I try my best to keep them short so you feel better as soon as possible.

How much does it cost?

The rates depend on the appointment type.

Once I start, do I have to keep coming forever?

Nope! This is a common misconception. There is nothing I do that will make you have to come back. Often, patients choose to continue "wellness" care after their initial condition is resolved to stay feeling good and on top of anything that may come up in the future.

Where are you located?

Inside Urban Office at:

8215 Long Point rd Suite 6 Houston, TX 77055

Located in Spring Branch near Spring Valley Village, The Memorial Villages, Hunters Creek Village and Piney Point Village.

What is the difference between dry needling and acupuncture?

Acupuncture is an eastern medicine technique that aims to balance the flow of energy, or qi (chee), through the body's meridians. Typically you would lie down with the needles in strategic places for a period of time.

Dry needling uses the same needles, but focuses on muscles, especially tight ones or trigger points (knots).
